      On the page itself, look at how many headers and how many times in the paragraph, content, pictures or videos you see the variations of “plastic surgeon” and either “Los Angeles” or “Beverly Hills”. It’s this type of On Page usage of keywords that has Google start to know what this page is about and what it is relevant for.

      3Overall Useful Content About The Keyword

      The goal is to make it super clear to Google what a page is about but also make it clear to the user the value of that specific page or website for that keyword.

      This is where things like videos, pictures, content about things like the doctor and his or her credentials, testimonials and examples of the work start to become things to look for.

      Nazarian Plastic Surgery is a good website but you can see they have over 1500 backlinks and they are getting quite a bit of organic traffic from the keywords their website ranked.

      So you can draw a correlation - the more backlinks that a site has, the more organic keywords they rank for and then the more organic traffic that site gets.

      That’s really the basis of this entire conversation regarding external press, backlinks or off page SEO.           After assessing the keyword, I personally use a software called CORA to do an analysis on the top 100 pages and see what features or factors are being considered for the keyword.

          CORA reviews not only websites but tracks 880 factors on sites to see what correlative factors are determined with helping someone get a top keyword ranking.

          The On Page SEO becomes very transparent and quantifiable, allowing very clear On Page updates like adding content or images or header tags with keywords to be more on target with the top ranking pages.
